For the benefit of all our guests, the following general rules apply to all guests and their visitors…

• We require a £25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. We advise you to purchase holiday insurance with cancellation cover.
• Your pitch fee covers you from 2pm on arrival day to 12 noon on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive early or leave late please ask.
• For safety reasons there is a 5mph speed limit on site. Anyone abusing this will be asked to leave.
• Please do not park your vehicle or erect an awning on the grass.
• One vehicle per pitch is permitted to be parked with your unit. Any extra vehicles to be parked outside reception.
• Please NO PARKING ON EMPTY PITCHES.
• Only one electric connection per pitch. Please DO NOT use multi adaptors.
• We ask your co-operation in keeping the park quiet after 11:00pm.
• We do not accept groups of more than 3 units.
• We reserve the right to terminate or decline the booking of any guest/s who in the sole opinion of the management is likely to or actually causes interference to the general comfort of other guests. In the event, such person/s will be required to vacate the park and no refunds will be made.
• Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited and the natural conditions are not to be disturbed. This includes tying ropes to, or driving nails into trees and shrubs.
• Guests use Woodland Caravan Park at their own risk. We will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injury.
• Waste water must not be allowed to drain into the local environment around your pitch but must be collected in a suitable container and deposited at the recognised disposal point.
• BBQ’s are allowed but must be kept off the grass & the remains (ashes etc) should be allowed to cool then wrapped and placed in the bins provided. NO WOOD or OPEN FIRES.
• For health and hygiene reasons, any clothes must be washed only in the laundry area provided.
• We are NOT on mains drainage. PLEASE, ONLY toilet paper to be flushed down the toilets. Disposable sanitary wear and even flushable wipes MUST NOT BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILETS. Please wrap & use the sanitary bins provided.
• Pot washing must be done in the designated sinks provided and not in the laundry room.
• Please help us keep the park as green as possible by using the relevant recycle bins. We provide bins for glass, cardboard, tins and plastic.
• Whilst every effort is made to comply with any information given on our website or brochure, we reserve the right to alter, amend, cancel or postpone any facility shown at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to alter our T&C’s as required and to withdraw any facility provided.
